1. Platform Usage & Acceptance
By accessing FranchiseVerse services, interactive diagnostic tools, ROI calculators, or research reports, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and applicable Indian commercial laws. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must cease using the platform immediately.
2. Consulting & Advisory Disclaimer
Information provided through diagnostic tools, unit economics calculators, and strategy reports is intended for educational, advisory, and preliminary planning purposes only. Financial metrics and projections do not constitute binding financial guarantees.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary frameworks — including the VERSE Methodology™, diagnostic calculators, market intelligence reports, brand designs, logos, and digital code — are the exclusive intellectual property of FranchiseVerse. Unauthorized copying, scraping, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FranchiseVerse, its directors, strategy leads, or technology partners be held liable for indirect commercial losses, revenue shortfalls, or operational disputes arising between franchisors and franchisees without an executed formal retainer contract.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from platform usage shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
